About the Role
Experienced supervisor needed to oversee shift operations and ensure protocol compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise officers across multiple posts during assigned shifts
- Audit post orders, daily activity reports, and incident logs
- Coach, mentor, and discipline officers in line with company standards
- Liaise with clients to address concerns and refine post requirements
- Coordinate scheduling, call-offs, and emergency coverage
Qualifications
- Active Florida Class D Security License (Class G preferred)
- Three or more years of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement
- Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Comfort with mobile workforce management apps and reporting tools
